Services

Property inspection and rental value advice.

  • Market the property within our offices providing an up to date daily rental list.
  • Advertise in local newspapers such as The East Anglian Daily Times and The Bury Free Press.
    Your property will also feature on parkyns.com and rightmove.co.uk
  • Conduct accompanied viewings at your property.
  • Recommend suitable tenants, having obtained satisfactory replies to business and financial
    status enquiries.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and any other necessary documentation required and arrange
    signatures from landlords, tenants and guarantors (if required).
  • Collect the first months rent and deposit.
  • Arrange for the deposit to be registered in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

Services

  • Prepare tenancy agreements and any other necessary documentation required and arrange
    signatures from landlords, tenants and guarantors (if required).
  • Prepare a schedule of condition and arrange for the tenant to sign.
  • Take from the tenant a deposit and arrange for it to be registered in the Tenancy Deposit
    Scheme (TDS).
  • Collect rent, provide a monthly statement of account giving details of the deductions made for
    our charges and any other charges (if applicable).
  • Arrange repairs at the property in accordance with your instruction.
  • Property visits to be undertaken on a regular basis.
  • At the end of the tenancy issue all necessary notices, check the schedule of condition to ensure
    that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition. Any costs incurred in respect of
    dilapidations will be deducted from the tenants deposit.
